We do not advertise free returns on every product. Category matters.

Tack and apparel

Unworn, unused items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Buyer may be responsible for return shipping unless we shipped the wrong item.

Saddles

Demo and preowned saddles follow the 5-day trial policy, not a general retail return.

Custom saddles

Custom orders have separate cancellation and return conditions. See custom saddle terms.
