We do not advertise free returns on every product. Category matters.

Tack and apparel

Unused tack with tags on may come back within 7 days of delivery for store credit. Tags must still be on. That is store credit, not a card refund. Return shipping is the buyer’s unless we shipped the wrong item. We do not advertise free returns on every product.

Saddles

Demo and preowned saddles follow the 5-day trial policy, not a general retail return.
