- Online intake, then barn, appointment, or horse show. We confirm date, place, and what to bring.

- Your usual bridle, girth, and pads. The horse worked as it would for a lesson. Notes on old injuries or saddle history help.
- Custom vs demo vs preowned
- Custom is built after the fitting. Demos are like new and can ship on a 5-day trial. Preowned is listed as it is, with honest photography.
